1. GRC Practice Lab
- After your payment is confirmed, we email your start date and sign-in details within 1 to 2 business days.
- You sign in at lab.tekgrc.com with your email address and a one-time code.
- Your access runs for one month from the day your instance is set up.
- Review comments on your 5 controls are delivered in the lab within 5 business days of you submitting them for review.
2. Consulting, staffing and software
These are delivered online or on-site as set out in the proposal or agreement for your engagement, with timelines agreed in writing.
