TEKGRC respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- GRC Lab account: your name and email, sign-in records, and the work you enter in the lab.
- Payments: when you pay, Razorpay collects your payment details. We receive only the payment status, amount, and your name, email and phone.
- Technical data: our servers record IP addresses and request logs for security and to stop abuse.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To set up and run your GRC Lab access and send you sign-in codes.
- To confirm payments and keep accounting records required by law.
- To keep the website and lab secure.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- Razorpay, to process payments.
- Zoho Mail, which hosts our email.
- Our hosting provider, where the website and lab run.
- Google Fonts, which serves the website's fonts and receives your IP address when a page loads.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
4. Cookies
The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The GRC Lab uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Lab accounts and their work are deleted within 6 months after access ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent you gave. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Security
All traffic to the website and lab is encrypted (HTTPS). Lab sign-in uses one-time email codes, and access to data is restricted to people who need it.
