These terms apply when you use tekgrc.com, the GRC Lab at lab.tekgrc.com, or buy any service from TEKGRC ("we", "us"). By using the website or paying for a service, you agree to them.
1. Our services
TEKGRC provides governance, risk and compliance (GRC) consulting, cybersecurity staffing, GRC software, and the GRC Practice Lab, a one-month online practice programme for individuals. Consulting and staffing engagements are governed by the proposal, statement of work or agreement we sign with you. Where that document conflicts with these terms, that document applies.
2. GRC Practice Lab
- The Practice Lab gives one person access to a practice instance on the GRC Lab for one month from the day the instance is set up.
- It includes assigned controls, supplied evidence, sample workpapers, and written review comments on 5 controls you document.
- Access is personal. You may not share your sign-in, resell access, or let anyone else use your instance.
- The lab is for learning. Sample data in the lab is fictitious and must not be used as real audit evidence.
- Review comments are educational feedback, not a certification or a guarantee of employment.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the website: ₹16,999 per user for participants in India and USD 199 per user for international participants, for one month. Organisation pricing is agreed in writing.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
- Applicable taxes are charged as required by law and shown before you pay.
- We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a service you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or the GRC Lab. This includes trying to access other users' data, testing the security of our systems without written permission, uploading malicious files, or using the services for anything unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
The website, the GRC Lab, and all course material, sample workpapers and evidence are owned by TEKGRC. You may use them for your own learning during your access period. You may not copy, publish or sell them. Workpapers you write yourself remain yours.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Suspension
We may suspend access that breaks these terms. If we suspend access without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused portion of your fee.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
10. Changes and contact
